jtilton@claytoncrossings.com | Pastor James has served in some form of full time Christian service since 1991. He graduated from Carson-Newman College in 1993 with a degree in business. He graduated in 1997 from Beeson Divinity School with a Master of Divinity degree. He grew up in both Rochester, NY and Atlanta, GA. His family moved here from Alabama in 2001 to start this work. Beth and he have been married since 1993 and have two children. |

I consider serving as Worship Pastor at Clayton Crossings to be a great privilege. God has blessed our church with a talented team of musicians and singers. Our Worship Team exists to HONOR the Lord Jesus Christ, to LEAD others to worship in spirit and truth, and to ENCOURAGE spiritual maturity within our team and our congregation. My wife Marnie and I were married in June of 1995. Each year since has gotten better and better. Our marriage is a bond between three of us . . . Me, Marnie and God. We depend on Him daily. We share our struggles with each other and bring them to God. We both depend on Him to help us through the rough times. As much as we love each other, I don't know how we could do it without Him. God gave us two wonderful kids: Nicholas and Matthew.
