What's Going On?
The Youth (6th-12th grade) at Clayton Crossings will have the opportunity to attend Kingsfest on July 9, 2009. Cars will be leaving from the church parking lot at 8 AM on Thursday and will return at 1 AM Friday morning. All drivers will be adult chaperones. No students may drive.
The cost for the trip (which includes an entire day at the park, connecting waterpark, and concert will be $55. The concert will include performances by Jeremy Camp, RelientK, Family Force 5, Bluetree, and Remedy Drive with special guest speaker Matt Pitt. Students who choose to attend the event will be required to attend the concert. Students will be responsible for their own food cost. All chaperones will be assigned a group of students who they will check on periodically throughout the day.

Paintball for All:
June 27: Paintball at Black River Paintball. The cost, which includes all expenses (including equipment rental, paintballs, and lunch) is $30. Parental release form and payment due 6/24/09. Cars will leave from the church parking lot at 8:30 AM and return at 4:00 pm. www.brpaintball.com

June 29 & July 30: Bingo and visitation at Clayton House Nursing Home located at 145 Dairy Road, Clayton. Students will meet at the nursing home from 2-5 pm to play bingo and visit with the residents.
July 10 the youth group will be going to a FREE Heartsong Concert at Fellowship Baptist Church in Willow Spring. Heartsong is a college age worship team from Cedarville University in Ohio.

Cars will be leaving at 6:15 pm from the church and return time is 9:30 pm.
July 17 {Just the Ladies}
Radiance: an all girls night of fellowship and worship for jr. high and high school tudents. This event is free and it is definitely a great one to bring friends to! Female lead with plenty of chocolate.. what could be more refreshing? July 17 from 7-10 pm in the sanctuary. Still in need of more female volunteers of all ages for this event
July 18: $1 Car Wash for community in church parking lot from 9-4. Students (and other members of the church) will have the opportunity to be involved in an awesome outreach event. We will be washing the cars of our "neighbors" in the church parking lot for only $1! Once the car is clean, those who washed it will hand the owner of the vehicle $1. This is an awesome opportunity to be servants in our community.
